LincEm Electrical Services Pty Ltd are an electrical contracting company based in Gosford. We service the areas of Newcastle / Central Coast / Northern Sydney (Northern Beaches).
We specialise in providing a complete service to new home builders including Layout Meeting and Design Service, lighting, power, TV, data, phone, alarm, intercoms, ducted vacuum systems and under floor heating.
In addition to the above we are also a Level 2 Service Provider in Ausgrid and Endeavor Energy areas (underground and overhead). This service includes excavation, rock hammer and rock boring, steel/timer pole installation, overhead / underground mains and cable hauling.
Our office based in West Gosford includes a display and meeting area where we meet with builders customers to provide a design and layout service.
LincEm Electrical Services was established in 1999 and has specialised in providing a cost and time efficient service to project and designer builders.
LincEm Electrical Services are Authorised Level 2 ASP Contractor for Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy.

LincEm Electrical Services have a custom built showroom for clients to meet with Mark our qualified electrician to go through all their electrical and design questions. Mark will meet with a client for 2-3 hours going room to room discussing ideas and drawing an electrical layout. LincEm have products on hand to show clients and will go out of our way to make sure all their electrical needs are met.
